Problem Downloading big file " file not found..." (SOLVED)

Hello,
I need help to understand what's going on when I try to download Big files from the module FILE.
I can download all files under 10mb but not the big files, I have the follow error:

file not found!!!! (ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)


I set in the configuration file of groupoffice config.php the follow parameter:

$config['max_file_size']="10000000000";
...

$config['max_attachment_size']="10000000000";

with this configuration I can Upload big files but I can't download.

The users are shared the directories and I try to download as well as admin but I have the same problem. I try to put the permission to the file to 777, but nothing is change, I try to use GOTA ( Group Office Transfer Agent 1.0.4. ) but the same result.

the version that are using is the full version (payed) Version Group Office : 3.4.12

could you help me to find a solution?

Do you have output_buffering enabled in php.ini?

I change output_buffering to On insted of the default value 4096. I restart the httpd but nothig is chenged. Do you have any other ideas?

Hello I run the gotest and I found the follow warning:

Group-Office test script

Output buffering : Warning: output_buffering is enabled. This will increase memory usage might cause memory errors
Memory limit : Warning: Your memory limit setting (16.0 MB) is less then 32MB. It's recommended to allow at least 32 MB

I don't understood where I have to change the memory limit.
Could be this configuration the causes of the problem that I have?

OK, I found the solution. In the file php.ini I chenged also the memory limit from 16MB to 128MB and everything in OK now.

You should disable output_buffering. Because of output buffering PHP buffers the entire file when downloading it.
