Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "mail.dy

Hi,

When i setup an imap email account i keep getting this message when i try send emails:
Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "mail.mydomainname.dk" using 2 possible authenticators

Im able to receive email to the email address, but not sending. Why do i get the messege and what does it mean?

Please advice.

Have you tried different encryption settings, and made sure you have entered your user name and password info etc?
