GO4 and Z-Push 2?

Few days ago Z-Push version 2 was released containing some nice features like HTML emails etc...

I'm reading the changelog for 4.1.43, and it talks about z-push2. Is support for z-push 2 finished now?

As I understood, it's in beta, but you can enable it.

We have used Z-push 2 for some weeks now and it works very nice with GO. (Although we did not have any serious issues with 1.5 either).

E-mails now shows in HTML, which is nice. Also we can search old emails from phone/pads.

Minor issues was that we found the upgrade instructions in the Wiki a little unclear (so far), and some users needed to delete their sync profile from there phones and create it again.

Thanks Eagle! I've now tried throwing zpush2 into our test environment. I agree the wiki wasn't completely clear, but since it worked almost the same way as zpush1 it wasn't a problem.

Everything works perfect in my phone. It might be a problem for our users though that the e-mail app suddenly required to be a device administrator since there is possible to do a lot more stuff with z-push 2. I have to give that a thought before rolling it out in production.

The z-push admin module is not required. It's optional and shouldn't be an obstacle for you.

Notes support is included but we haven't found a phone that supports it yet.
