timeline for release of GO vr.3

Hi, I wanted to know if buying the current license for GO pro and billing includes vr.3. Is there feature list of what functionality will be in the different modules.

The demo for GO.3 looks very exciting and I would like to plan approprietly since I have spent way too much time looking for an online PM and Billing solution.
