Unable to Upgrade

Postby mobilejim » Thu Dec 23, 2010 12:21 am

I am having trouble with the credit card application to upgrade my GO installation. It keeps telling me the card number is wrong (it isn't). Can some kind soul out there help me please?

I had the same issue when I tried to purchase the full version. Intermesh has alternative ways to collect your money :-)

May be a good idea to send an email to them

Of course don't email a credit card to them, just let them know that you're having problems.

I don't understand, we receive credit card transactions all the time. Are you sure you don't need to activate something at your bank?

I use this card regularly and almost daily since the Christmas season has begun. The card works perfectly. I am not sure what the problem is with your website. I have used the same card here the last time I had an upgrade.

You could send the money to my paypal account. Please send me an e-mail if you want to do that.

Thank you Merijn.

I was able to get the problem fixed. My credit card company was not allowing overseas transactions. The reporting was a little strange but the card works and I was able to successfully upgrade.

Thanks again for the help, Jim.
