Bridge to mediawiki does not work

Postby Mr_Tux » Thu Mar 10, 2011 10:30 pm

Hey Dudes,

I've got some troubel with the Mediawiki integration to Groupoffice. Mediawiki is installed and in Groupoffice activated. I followed the install instruction and moved the GoAuth.php to the Mediawiki extension directory... after that I added the Code segment to the LocalSettings file.

So well... i can see the Wiki in GO but the Wiki does not LogIn the users from GO. All user who connect the Wiki through GroupOffce are not logged in with their GroupOffice Name...

I attached the Mediawiki configfile below...
Does everybody know what I mean? I solution for that problem would be great! Doe you have any Ideas?

Do you run the latest version of both mediawiki and GO?

I have GO Professional 3.7.5, with MediaWiki 1.15.2, and the same problems here. As I saw, the GO users should be auto-created in the MediaWiki user table, but they doesn't. Like if the MediaWiki would not use the GOAuth.php extension...

I have the solution. In my case, the session.save_path variable was commented out in my php.ini. Normally, one would suppose that in such a case it defaults to /tmp, but the fact is that removing the comment and restarting apache solved this problem for me.
