Re: Task in projects en regular tasks

One type of task is with time and related to projects and another type of task has none of that. Good programming dictates you can't use the same name if the description differs. On another note. What if they are recurring "tasks"? Like, every wednesday, friday and sunday or something like that? Can...

Re: Task in projects en regular tasks

Re: Task in projects en regular tasks

Good to know. Do I have to make a task new and again for every project even if it's the same task?
Again; some tasks have "sub tasks" which have there own fees. Is this possible?

Re: Approval of whole folders

Do you mean they both use groupoffice but seperate installations on different servers? Wouldn't it be easier to give them an account on eachothers groupoffice installation?

Then again. If These companies exist on the same installation and one needs files from the other that would be super handy.

Setup central agenda admin

I'm breaking my head on the permission functionality. I try to set up 1 employee to handle all appointments for a group of other employees *excluding* himself.
Any ideas?

Re: Raspberry Pi and groupoffice

I did find a paid version of ioncube for ARM. So it should work. Google on it, it's out there.

Notification on file expiration

Some files I have are certifications or other that need to be checked for validity. Sometimes we forget. Is there a way to add a notification to the file or folder? Maybe an extra option in file/folder properties would be helpfull like "Send email when expiration date is due" or something. Can this ...
