Re: What is the preferred or best method to clear go_log tab

Thank you for adding the link https://www.group-office.com/wiki/Activity_log It is just I would not have understood to add the following to a cron job using the information on this web page, even if there is a section called "Cron job for rotating the log". I thank you for the below information, and...

What does "It's written here." mean? Is there supposed to be a link to a page in the online Installation Manual ?

Re: What is the preferred or best method to clear go_log tab

Since our server is a manually built Group Office server and not a packaged server, I would have to assume that I need to manually add this to our cron jobs on our Group Office Web Server. Would that be correct ? :( It would be nice if the Online Group Office Installation manual was updated to inclu...

What is the preferred or best method to clear go_log table?

Group Office Professional version Version: 5.0.36 ------------------------------------------------------------ What is the preferred or best method to clear the go_log table? The go_log database file has grown to 646,795 total records, and (I believe) that we don't need this data, so we would like t...

Can WebDAV preserve file date and time.

To anyone reading this posting, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WebDAV The WebDAV protocol makes the Web a readable and writable medium.[1] It provides a framework for users to create, change and move documents on a server; typically a web server or web share. The most important features of the WebDAV ...

Not that I require this link, but I wanted to at least report that the Video link on the "https://www.group-office.com/wiki/Insta ... _or_Ubuntu" installation page seems to be broken.

Please correct doco: z-push2 folder or z-push21 folder

Hi, If it is incorrect, please correct the documentation on https://www.group-office.com/wiki/Z-push_2.1 as I believe the folder is meant to be z-push21 and not zpush2 (as this is what I can only assume the correct folder to be). 3. rename the folder to "z-push21 " 4. Copy the folder modules/sync/ z...

In "Address book" what does "SHOW ACTIVE" do ?

In "Address book" what does "SHOW ACTIVE" do ? I have been in the Address book as both a user and as an Admin and selected "SHOW ACTIVE", but all that happens is there is no list of contact and the words "No items to display" are shown. Re: Is there a Global Addressbook of all users in GO 5.x ?

I would very much appreciate answers to the above questions. When logged in as the Administrator account, I found that there was a "Users" Addressbook that contained a list of all the users, unfortunately the list contained both enabled and also disabled users. While searching for information relati...

Re: Is there a Global Addressbook of all users in GO 5.x ?

Using the below SQL query I discovered that there was a "Users" Addressbook (addressbook_id = 856) for the Admin user (users=1) that seems to contain a list of all users, sadly both enabled users and disabled users. SELECT go_users.id, ab_contacts.user_id, ab_contacts.go_user_id, ab_contacts.go_user...

Help in understanding "-r=files/folder/syncFilesystem"

Hi, Could someone please explain how to use "php /path/to/group-office/groupofficecli.php -r=files/folder/syncFilesystem" It is easy to understand the "/path/to/group-office/groupofficecli.php", for me this is "/var/www/html/groupoffice/groupofficecli.php", but what does "files/folder/syncFilesystem...

Is there a Global Addressbook of all users in GO 5.x ?

In Group Office 3.7 we shared the admin's addressbook to be used as a Global Addressbook containing contact details of all our users. We used a script to sync details from the user's own "Contact details" which used to be stored in the go_users table. See; https://www.group-office.com/forum/viewtopi...

Re: Posfix Admin errors when creating email account

Uninstalling the Postfix Admin Module, re-installing the Postfix Admin Module cleared the pa_* tables and after manually typing in each of our email accounts our email is working. Postfix Admin is not reporting how much disk space each email account is using. I will read the provided links and see i...
