Re: Canyou sync Views and other users?

Weirdness... so today I go to look at my S Planner on my Android.. and behold, there are entries for a group room showing up on my calendar. In fact, as I went to book an appointment for myself using my Android, it even said the event I was adding would be in conflict with an existing event (an appo...

Canyou sync Views and other users?

We have just gotten mobile device sync to work. I can see events added from the desktop, and from the mobile device. But what about being able to see Views? Other people / rooms? In the web browser method, we get to see everyone, and the view setups. Is there a way to also see those from a mobile de...

Re: Do not use 64bit PHP for Windows

Actually.. it's far, far worse. In switching my system backward to php 32 bit, Apache 64 bit will not run. It screams that php5apache2_4.dll is not a valid win32.. So you then have to take another step backwards, and go to Apache 32 bit, in order to get PHP 32 bit to work, in order to get ioncube lo...

Do not use 64bit PHP for Windows

I'm a convert. After using GO community edition for a number of months, I was able to convince the higher ups to go for the Pro Go :-) Hmm.. say that three times. Go Pro GO! But do note - while this website says you need ionCube loaders (free to download), you cannot use a 64 bit version of PHP in W...

Re: BUG - Go Updates..many versions

Hi, Well the last one refers to the name as shown in Calendar tab -> Administration -> Properties (for any selected user). So this is how I add a new user to GO (ours is connected to 2008r2 Active Directory by LDAP) 1. I log in -as- that user name (ie: Jane.Doe) As it is the first time I am logging ...

Re: GO Files - Point to a network folder??

Hi, Might slow things down as in... - just when a user tries to access the Files tab? - or all the time, because GO will repeatedly seek the network drive connection even if they are not at the Files tab? So how would one go about pointing the Shared folder to that network drive? And in this, I'm go...

GO Files - Point to a network folder??

Hi, Is it possible... to point a Files folder at a network drive? For example. I've read that to best share a folder with everyone you have in GO, you should setup a Shared folder under the Administrator's name. Then you can put files there, set people with certain access to it, etc. What i want to ...

GO Event->Res tab vs Admin-Res order

In GO v4-1-46 Calendar module The order of entries is sorted different between two places. Create a new event (or edit any event) and click on the Resources tab to see the list of items there. Click on the Administration button -> resources tab and look at the list there I have for example, a Resour...

Re: BUG - Go v4-1-44 now always asks for login twice

OH HAPPY DAY!!

That was PERFECT. It's back to the singular prompt for login.

Thank you!! One less mess of e-mails from the masses about "why is it asking me twice..." :-)

Re: BUG - Go v4-1-44 now always asks for login twice

Our login process has always been one login prompt since we installed GO. Go sits behind a login-protected folder of our web server. As the user connects, the web server pushes through the browser, the request of the user to enter their name and password. It checks that login supplied against our Ac...

Re: BUG - Go v4-1-44 now always asks for login twice

No it's definitely in GO. The GO folder sits below a staff folder. We can log in to the staff folder, prompted just once by the web browser. The login is connected by LDAP lookup to Active Directory When we try our GO address, we get the web browser login prompt AND then GO's built-in login prompt. ...

Re: BUG - Go v4-1-44 now always asks for login twice

As a further note - on a totally new install, this also happens. I am more than mid-process of moving our primary system to a Windows Server 2008r2 machine. Installed php 5.4, MySql 5.6, Apache 2.4... used mysqldump to export entire tracker system, imported it on new system to test. I can log in to ...

BUG - Go Updates..many versions

When installing any new version right up to GO 4-1-46... the setup system ignores the Administrator's configuration choices on a few items. Regardless of what you type in for : 1 - the currency symbol, the config.php file is always set with the Euro 2 - the temp directory, the config.php file is alw...

Re: BUG - Go v4-1-44 now always asks for login twice

I just updated to GO v4-1-46 and this bug remains. I am worried now that GO is perhaps storing a completely separate set of credentials in the login that will now fall out of sync with Active Directory. Why else would it be asking for a login a second time if it's not storing that in its own table s...
