Re: Categories ... examples / use cases?

More descriptive categories may trigger your imagination, like;all birthdays, all vacations planned, room505 has these reservations for this period, etc. It's used like a common denominator.

Re: Categories ... examples / use cases?

You mean categories in the Tasks module? You can use it to group together tasks that are owned by/assigned to several users. For instance, the category "Make a car" has several tasks split between several users. One user has the task to tune the engine, an other user (user B) does the tires, user C ...

Re: Can we get the apply button back?

Question; should the apply button just save/submit or save/submit/clear form? In notes the first is handy, when adding users the second is more handy.

Adding time through calendar

Just played with the demo. Tried the new feature of adding time to the timesheet using the contextmenu in calendar. How can I add multiple timeslots to the same project in one instance instead of one by one? Will it be possible with "Project calendars"? If it isn't implemented then it would be a nic...

Appointments in agenda don't show, must scroll up

I made an appointment without looking at the time. In the calendar I couldn't find it. Turns out the appointment time was 03:00 - 03:45 and it didn't show because the calendar starts/shows default a later time (08:00). It would be nice if there was an indicator that encourages to scroll up/down in t...

Re: Edit (or just view) docs, spreadsheet, etc?

That's indeed a nice idea. Maybe you can grant access through webdav..maybe? There's also something called google docs viewer.https://docs.google.com/viewer
Another one http://view.samurajdata.se/ and edocshttp://www.mediaeventi.it/en/projects/joomla/edocs.

Re: New feature: Project calendar: how does it work?

Intermesh wrote:It will create a calendar for the project. It's available under project calendars in the calendar module. That's really all it does. When adding a new appointment from the project info pane it will default to this calendar.
No tasks? I tried and they didn't show up in project calendar.

Split up support discussion by feature

I'd like to propose to split up the forum in topic per groupoffice feature. I think it would make it very easy to find and post feature related stuff.

Re: Enter fee

As I see it fees needs a rethink. It's to spread out to use in a natural user friendly way.
Sorry, it's late but i do have suggestions.

Re: Appointments (and task) as a source for timetracking.

I just saw how there was a projects calendar added to the calendar module. I love the Projects Calendar. It opens possibilities. A few things I don't understand though. In the demo I saw the Projects Calendar named "ICT project". Does it correlate with a project? Because if it does I don't see it. A...

Re: Demo upgrade to 3.6

I saw the demo was also upgraded. Was really looking forward to see the projects calendar (? That's what I understood was added) but I couldn't find it anywhere. Is it deactivated like the resources view?

Demo upgrade to 3.6

I'd like to see the new pro features in the demo but the demo is still on 3.5.41. Update soonish?
