Re: Should the tasks start date be removed?

Look at how Toodledo implements this. Maybe some ideas are good to implement for GO.

Re: Configurable Default Calendar Preferences

We would like to be able to configure the default layout/preferences for all users using the calendar module. 1. We would like to change the order of the collapsible panels on the left hand side so it shows the views panel above the calendar panel. 2. We would like the default view to be set to "Al...

Re: Linking mails with mails?

In some cases I like to link mail because of a conversation I had with two parties who do not know each other. So I think it is very handy in my case.

Re: Should the tasks start date be removed?

I was wrong. I can only set the Day in my phone. But a task needs a start-at moment even if it's just for history checking. Checked my nokia phone (a fine phone in my opinion;-)) and there are 4 items of which 2 are relevant; Meeting (with time and date), and Task (only Day, no time, with priority) ...

Re: Should the tasks start date be removed?

What will be the start date if the start date is removed? I feel the main point is that a task by concept should not have a start date. The only relevant date for tasks is the due date. You can start doing the task whenever you want - the main concern is that you complete the task before the due da...

Re: Should the tasks start date be removed?

I already played with a svn version of group-office. What will be the start date if the start date is removed? The day it is created? What if you have to correct that particular start date? As it is implemented now a task can't be dragged and dropped (from day 1 to day 2). Will this then be possible...

Re: Edit (or just view) docs, spreadsheet, etc?

Google docs would be nice but it would defeat the purpose of having everything on your own server.

Re: Appointments (and task) as a source for timetracking.

Yes, we care. But we can't implement all feature requests. We look at them everyday and things that stand out will be implemented. We have quite a lot of work todo at the moment. And what your asking for is also quite a big feature to implement. Well, if this is given a thought I know Intermesh is ...

Re: Appointments (and task) as a source for timetracking.

I have been thinking about this and I came up with the following. When in Projects you can make projects and subprojects. When I click on a subproject (the endnode) there is nothing to see in the center panel (it is empty as if there really is nothing going on.( yes the east panel shows some info bu...
