Re: Automatic Reply Disabled

Yes we do. Like I said Automatic Reply was working perfectly in 3.3.4 (free) our problem seemed to arise with 3.3.9 (professional).

Automatic Reply Disabled

Yesterday I upgraded from 3.3.4 to 3.3.9 and added my group office professional license too. Now however I cannot access Automatic Reply on email account administration to set autoresponders. Is there a way to find out why this has been disabled? I cannot access it as administrator either.

Re: Safari Issue

Just spoken to the user who is having this issue again. Apparently if he unticks the box that remembers his logon session then the problem disappears. I suspect it is an issue with Safari since Internet Explorer and Firefox work perfectly well on Mac (at least when Ive tested it). Unfortunately the ...

Re: [GO 3.2.48] Spell Check Aspell/PSpell

It would be really sweet if this could make it into the main package. My users have been complaining to me endlessly about not having a spellcheck facility even though I made them use the firefox plugin.

Safari Issue

Hello, I am having a problem composing emails with Safari on Mac. The problem is if you compose an email it works fine, however if you then try to compose an email straight afterwards then the contents of the previous email load when you press Compose. I have found a temporary fix for this, the temp...

Re: Upgrade from community to professional

Thanks for the response, we have now purchased the professional version however I have some questions again: 1) When setting up the license it asks for a URL, we have two ways of accessing the same Group Office install, one for outside the office one for inside. For example, inside the office is htt...

Upgrade from community to professional

Hi, We are currently using Group Office Community Edition version 3.2.22 (very out of date I know, we held it at 3.2.22 due to an issue with an update) on a Ubuntu Server. We are shortly going to be upgrading to the Professional Edition, therefore I was wondering if there was any special procedures ...

Re: Disable interface customisation

Thanks, to disable things like the ability to move the tabs around on the default theme would I just make modifications to the javascript files or is there an easier way to do this?

Disable interface customisation

Hi all, I've been using Group Office for the business I work for, for a few months now and its great. However we find that a lot of problems we have are due to users "breaking" things, such as dragging the tabs on the top navigation bar so they disappear and users accidently changing theyre theme (b...

Re: Adding Contacts to Addressbooks

Thanks, I will try that. I will be performing an upgrade at the weekend when all my users will not be needing access, I didn't know Group office was up to 3.2.48, I will have to keep up with the sourceforge repo more often.

Adding Contacts to Addressbooks

Hi, I am using Group Office 3.2.22 (I kept at 3.2.22 because when I attempted an upgrade the new version was very buggy). When I try to add a contact to an addressbook by going to Addressbooks->Add Contact and selecting an addressbook from the new contact window, I cannot click on most of the addres...

Font Sizes

Hi all, The company I work for is still very new to using group office, they recently moved from an outlook/exchange setup to GO/Postfix/Dovecot etc. They have very few complaints about it however some of the staff do complain that the fonts are a little too small (some are short sighted) on screen ...

Re: Email notification

Well my users are not allowed headphones/speakers so thats not really an option. That and if I tell them to look for a small mail icon I will have a queue outside my office consisting of complaining users about they cant see it. Im tempted just to throw something together in Python which just puts a...

Email notification

Is it possible to have some kind of notification when a new email arrives? I have recently migrated my users from Outlook and of course they have become some what addicted to the notifications that outlook has. If anyone knows of a way to provide notifications of new emails arriving then I would app...
