Rotating Tip on front screen?

Hi, Is there anyone who has a script/method to apply a rotating set of tips/text to the first Login screen? Right now under the Settings tab with the "Text for Login Screen" settings we have our agency mission statement. But I think I'd rather put some rotating tips into that space. So one time as t...

Re: Make Start Page->Announcements Text "Selectable"

BUG too...

In Announcements, you can make the FIRST link you insert into target="_blank" to make the link open in a new window. But every other link you try to make do that fails.. again, the Announcements wipes out the formatting in code mode entirely.

Re: Make Start Page->Announcements Text "Selectable"

Yes another attempt. I was able to create an E-mail template, but it too hasn't quite got the right fit. It does not let me pre-set a Subject line. And I cannot create a hyperlink directly to the template from the Announcements text. So I would end up having to write i a while bunch of steps to tell...

Re: Make Start Page->Announcements Text "Selectable"

As a follow up.. I had thought maybe I could force this to work by creating a "mailto" link in the body of the Announcement posting. It won't work. GO keeps re-formatting and eliminating the content. If I highlight a word, click the Link button, erase the http:// leader in the box that opens for set...

Make Start Page->Announcements Text "Selectable"

Hello, The Start Page is a great place to provide our users useful tips and information. One thing missing is the ability for users to be able to highlight/copy text from the Announcements field to paste into something else. For example, we have an Announcements item that tells people how to setup t...

Calendar -> Admin ->Calendars : Add Permission Col

Through the tab for Calendar -> Administration -> Calendars It would be tremendously helpful if in seeing that list of users with Calendar, there was also one more column after Name & Owner Adding the column for Permissions and showing which "Authorized Groups" the user has attached to them would be...

Shared Events Calendar ?

Hello, I'm looking for some suggestions on the best way to do this, because it doesn't look "good" the way I have it now. I created a Resource Group called Marketing I then created a Resource called "Events" The goal is to have a calendar view for all volunteers to be aware of important dates/events...

More themes

After a while, the same 2 themes become less interesting to look at. Our users, especially when it comes to the E-mail module, ask regularly why we can't offer them other looks, colours, themes.

Still hoping for a Festivus Miracle... let there be a Windows based Sieve server. Praise the aluminum pole.

Re: New interface

Is there a way to show us what the Calendar would look like in these 2 different options? 80% of our time is spent in the Calendar, and the remainder in the e-mail function. We do not use much of anything else. Anyone using it mobile are using sync to use the native apps on their mobile device. I no...

Re: Sieve for Windows Anyone?

Hello, Thank you for your reply. We use hMailServer for the mail server. Previously, we used SquirrelMail for our webmail client. But it has had no development for years, and has many problems as PHP has updated, but it has not. So we moved all our people to using the webmail function within GO sinc...

Re: Group Office email Signiture.

You can edit your own Signature under the E-mail tab
Click the Administration button,
Double clicking your account name when it shows in the list of e-mail accounts

The first window to appear should be Properties. Your signature box is there for you to edit the contents.

Re: group members not visible on calendar

I struggle with this same kind of strange design to GO. If we create a group, called CalendarPeople We set THAT group up as anyone who is part of it, is someone that has access to the Calendar module And, we setup that group to be Visible to Each Other Then you would think, adding user John Doe to t...

Re: Sieve for Windows Anyone?

Still no thoughts on that eh... very annoying having no way to allow all our users to setup their own Vacation responder because of there being no sieve server for Windows.

Sieve for Windows Anyone?

Hello, We host group office on Windows Server 2008r2. For the most part, we only used it for the Calendar function. We are now moving more and more users to also using the e-mail function. But we lack access to a critical part, the use of Autoreply that a user can setup on their own. This requires a...
