JAVA Large File Upload 401 Unauthorized Error

Postby jrswartz » Thu Feb 25, 2016 6:04 pm

I feel I've done my research prior to posting this question. Any support/help is appreciated

Running GO 3.7.55
OS: Just upgraded OS to Fedora Core22
php.ini is set to allow max_upload 40MG

I can use the small file upload feature just fine

Since the upgraded OS, cannot upload files using the JAVA large files upload feature. Whether I upload one or multiple files, I get an error dialog "Alert" Upload stopped with errors. Received HTTP status 401 Unauthorized.

I've read many articles that discuss different issues. For example, some articles say the newest version of JAVA won't work. Another article said you must use a crt. So I created a self-signed certificate. No luck. Another article read that JAVA won't work with self-signed certs.

Whether I use a cert or use unsecured login, I cannot get the large file upload feature to work. I have opened 80 and 443 on the firewall. I have cranked up debugging, but I do not get any errors generated when the upload fails.

Any help/hints would be greatly appreciated.
