How to create a draft email template?

How do I create a draft email template that can be saved and used over time to be sent out to different addresses?
It should be able to include attachments and keep the same subject heading.

Hi,

Email template is not applicable to draft email in group office

How to test :
- create an email, and save it (don't send)
- open Draft folder, and double click on the email previously saved
- now you can edit the draft, but any try to apply a template does not work
