How to migrate a Group Office installation?

Postby omardmtz » Thu Aug 31, 2017 5:07 pm

I just moved all my content (http content and /home/groupoffice) to a new server, I installed all php extensions and services...
then when I access to the domain it is showing this "The license file /home/xxx/xxx/groupoffice-pro-3.7-license.txt is not valid for this server. in Unknown on line 0"

This is not my group office.. I would like to know what are the steps to migrate the license, or should I have to generate a new one? Is there a was to have running/testing both old and new installations?

Go to and create ticket with license migration request. If the license isnt assigned to you ask the license owner.
