Hello,
I tested all client funambol to syncronise outlook 7 and to syncronise iCal and address book of mac osx, but in all case I can do the syncronization with the address book but is not possible with the Calendar.
I tested also the syncronization with thw BB and it's work correctly.

I have the folow error when I try to syncronise the iCal with the funambol client:

Update url: http://www.domain.my:80/sapi/profile/cl ... properties
Requesting resource /sapi/profile/client?action=get-update-info&component=macos&version=8.7.1&format=properties at www.ittrading.com:80
Request header:
sendBuffer: null value in KeyValuePair
Content-Length: 0
Network error writing data from client:.....

In the access.log of apache I have the follow request:

"POST /sapi/profile/client?action=get-update-info&component=macos&version=8.7.1&format=properties HTTP/1.1" 302 - "-" "funambol-updater/1.0 CFNetwork/454.9.8 Darwin/10.4.0 (i386) (MacBook6%2C1)"

but I hve not /sapi/... on al my server.
Could you can help me to understand what's going on?
thanks a lot in advance.
Regards

We never tested ical with the funambol client. I didn't even know it existed.

You can ignore the sapi error. It's because the funambol client checks for client upgrades but it only works with the Funambol server.

On GO 3.6 Group-Office will come with CalDAV support. This works very nice with iCal.

I just evaluate GroupOffice for my private webspace and it works excellent. It is easy to install and use!!! Using GroupOffice offers a great change to be independent from all the freemail providers like gmail, yahoo... To synchronize the appointments with my lokal pc (I am using thunderbird with the lightning addon) CalDAV support would be perfect.

Will CalDAV support also be available in the community edition?

WebDAV will be in the community too but CalDAV will be a pro feature.

I was afraid of that response. As pointed out I plan to use GO for private (non profit) purposes and do not plan to spend 399 € for that feature. Are there any plans to make GO pro more attractive for private use, like licensing for a certain number users with less costs eg. 10 to 20 euros per user license?

I was looking for long time for a perfect groupware like groupoffice: It offers well designed and sophisticated features with simple user interface and it is easy to administrate! I hope there will be solution for private users to be able to suscripe to remote ical calenders and have a two way synchroisation of the dates.

Best regards

I just have seen that go 3.6.5 is out with exactly the features I am looking for (caldav and bookmarks module). Do you have a more concrete schedule when the user home licence will be available be able to use this features for private (non profit) purposes?

I would also be interested in a "caldav only" kinda license.

We only sell Group-Office Pro as a complete package. We don't sell parts of it separately. We do this because we want to offer every customer good support and we can only do this for the current price.

Too expensive for private use. You could exclude professional support for this kind of license.

Are there still plans to release a paid personal version? I would buy a reasonably priced product. GroupOffice is SO close to being a Thunderbird/Lightning replacement, but I can't justify €399,00 for something that will only be used by me.

I guess the answer is "no". See you later. I'm off to try out Zimbra.

Hi,

When this license will be set up?
I will have also need for my personal use.

Currently, I've wrote a script aimed to export my contact list via z-push (in vCards format). Actually, it is not working as good as the Group office synch module.

Sorry, we will not create this type of license as it will cause too much support overhead. We have to maintain the current prices.
