Tickets questions

Postby rosetta » Fri Jan 21, 2011 11:56 am

1) In the tickets module there is a field called "Owner". This field is not editable but seems to change whenever someone edits the ticket. Is this the intended behaviour? If it is, perhaps the name of the field should be changed from "Owner" to "Last edited by"?

2) What exactly does the lifebelt icon and the number beside it mean? What is the algorithm that desides who gets to see it and what number is displayed?

1.) this is not intended. It should be the one who created the ticket. I'll check this bug.

2.) It's the amount of tickets in bold that require an action.

But what decides when ticket is bold?

It's bold when the customer has created or replied to the ticket. It stays bold unitl you reply to the customer or close the ticket.
