Group Office - Professional global Signature

Hello, I am a user of the professional version and was wondering is there a way to add a global signature to all emails being sent, like a disclaimer message at the bottom of all emails?

You can create a template in Addressbook -> Administration -> E-mail templates and in security tab give read rule for everyone access

No, but if this is the only template the user has access to it will show up automacally when the user creates the next email.
