Name + Last Name

Hi,

Here in Brazil, the standard for names is "name lastname".
In GO, all new users are set with "last name".
Is possible to change this?

Another question:

Is also possible to change the setting "Start in module" for "e-mail" for every new users?

Only with an sql command you can set them all at once.
