Ticket module - can't assign to responsible person

Ticket module - can't assign to responsible person

Morning,

I'm testing the ticket module in online GO package: http://dlgp.trials.group-office.com/index.php
I have added 3 persons to ticket module with 'use' and 'manage' permission.
However, when adding a new ticket, I see only the name of the logged in person at 'responsible'.

Is it not possible to create ticket and select another user as 'responsible'?

The other users must also be given permission to the ticket type.

In your installation you have given users access to the tickets module, but none of them has access to any of the existing tickets types.

In ticket module, go to Administration > Types tab > Double click on the type and add permissions there.
