Any event per time...

Talk about anything that doesn't fit in the other catagories :) (and of course is about Group-Office)

My English is bad, sorry.

Need to restrict only one task at a time. example:
User A creates a task:
Task 1: 05/25/2012 09:00 to 10:00 (allowed)
User B creates the task
Task 2: 05/25/2012 09:30 to 10:30 (not allowed - because of a Task 1)
User C creates the task
Task 3: 05/25/2012 10:01 to 11:00 (allowed)

The intention is to use a calendar to schedule a delivery.

GO will give you a warning if you try to add a event to a caledar that conflicts with an existing event.

So in your example user B would get a warning window from GO saying

"This event conflicts with another event in your calender. Save this event anyway?"

Please note that this warning is not working in latest 4.0 beta bacause of a bug. It is fixed, though, so it will be back in next release.
