Language tags for days and months?

Talk about anything that doesn't fit in the other catagories :) (and of course is about Group-Office)

Language tags for days and months?

Postby DanielMalmgren » Thu Mar 14, 2013 8:16 am

Hi.
I just noticed that in 4.1.43 both days and months in our system are in english, everything else is swedish. I can't find any non translated language tags for this. Someone forgot to add language tags?

I don't know when this happened, just know that in our production environment running 4.1.31 everything is swedish.

I have this problem in 4.1.46, can't seem to find any newer version to upgrade to?

Where exactly do you see this english names? Can you try to clear the browser cache and server cache by runing index.php?r=maintenance/upgrade

I've done that and also manually cleaned /tmp/cache and /tmp/diskcache and a complete wipe of browser cache. Still the same. I'm attaching a screenshot showing the problem (Both "March", "Mon" and "Tue" are english, in swedish it should be "Mars", "mån" and "tis").

Add:

$l['extjs_lang']='sv_SE';

to language/common/sv.php

I've added this for next release too.

Thanks, that did it. I notice that extjs_lang are missing from very many other languages as well, I guess you'll add it to all of them whilre you're at it?

If the iso code matches it's not needed.
But Swedish is defined as "sv" and the extjs lang is 'sv_SE'.
