Installation problem on hosting

Postby mohax1685 » Mon Aug 11, 2014 8:55 am

Good afternoon, I have a problem installing on hosting, while selecting addresses where files are stored, an error "File storage folder doesn't exist. Please make sure it exists and it must be writable for the webserver user." that the directory does not exist, even though the server I created these folders and opened them access 777. In the attachment screenshot.

You need to create that folder or enter a valid location on your host.

Good morning!
Sadly I have the same problem.

I created the folders but I still get the "group office File storage folder doesn't exist. Please make sure it exists and it must be writable for the webserver user." error.
Both folders have 777 permissions.

Any ideas?

Just because that folder shows up does not mean it is correct. Go to your Cpanel and see what your root folder is named and then make the correction...

Hi!

I have the same problem, but when I will go to the next step, this message shows:

403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /install/configFile.php on this server.

If you could help me, thanks.
