problem with install / upgrade to 6.1.85

Hi, hope someone can give me some directions where to look to solve my issue.

Recently got a new server, installed a clean 6.1.85 of GO and by means upgraded the old 3.2 to 3.7 GO on the old server.
This was the way to upgrade the running GO to the new server/version.

All is looking good at first sight.

But after login, all mailboxes of a user are shown, but neither one emailbox can be opened.
Error JsonStore load exception occurred.

Localhost is set in all emailboxes with username to login, but password are left blank in all presented accounts.

Where to look and solve this issue?

I believe has some to do with paths to emailboxen, rights or emailserver configuration.
Where are these configs and/or path definitions of the emailboxes and used emailserver?

You could start with enabling debug mode and check logs at /home/groupoffice/log/debug.log and error.log.

At first look the problem could be with stored passwords. Not sure how did you upgrade GO but did you move all files from /home/groupoffice to the new server? GO encrypt passwords with secret key which is stored at /home/groupoffice/key.txt.

Mailbox configuration is stored in database table em_accounts.
