I wonder if there is anyone who can interpret the error message that I am getting when I access the Modules section to add Professional module within Group Office. I received "JsonStore load exception occured" in this section, and then all the module that I like to add does not appear anything.
Very frustrating. I have tried several times to remove and upload our license file in GO root directory in our server but same error I encountered, it appears to me that this is a very frustrating issue that needs GO tech support will focus to resolve this issue. PS: I created Support Ticket last Friday (Aug 16), but until now no one attempt to answer this.
We used GroupOffice version: 6.4.37
And I need your immediate assistance to resolve this problem. Thanks
