I have no idea, perhaps the support at softaculous can help you out?

I came across this on a fresh installation if incoming mail was set to use SSL. Just in case that might help.

Hi,

I am from the Softaculous team.

We have tested the Group Office upgrade and we did not face this issue.

Can you please open a support ticket with us we will check it and get back to you.

I am definitely using SSL.
Let me try non SSL and see what happens.
I don't thing Host For Web changed anything.
Stand By.

Removing SSL did resolve the problem.
I did make sure the ports were correct with Host For Web.
