Another question:

Our Booking Customer ID is the Database ID + 80000
ID 1 -> 80001
ID 1000 -> 81000

Any Idear how I can use this on our pdf invoices?

Many thanks

for the ID Calculation I'm trying to do it with PHP Custom Fields.
But again, I don't know how....

And: I would like to use the "Liks" on the PDF as well. Any chance?

Hi Martin,

To get a landscape PDF you will need to write your own PDF parser
See here: https://www.group-office.com/wiki/Billi ... PDF_script

To add 80000 to you invoice number use 8{autoid} and enter "5" for the amount of digits
see here: https://www.group-office.com/wiki/Billi ... al_numbers

I don't think you can use custom fields to calculate invoice numbers.

Not sure if you meant "Links" instead of "Liks" but:
Showing links in the PDF is only possible when writing your own PDF parser.
The included parser does doesn't show any links

Hi Michael,

thanks for the reply.

with the 80000 I mean the customer Number.
I want to have the Company ID + 80000 because we are using the same within our bookkeeping.

I have the ID -> {company_id}
Shouldn't it be possible to do some maths with it in php/Custom fields?

Thanks

Martin
