This message may contain malicious content

Postby srich » Tue Oct 30, 2012 8:26 pm

I recently upgraded to 4.0.117. I am receiving several requests of how to disable the malicious content feature. While I know this to be a valuable feature, does anyone know of a way to bypass this functionality for local email domains? Most of our internal email communication is being hidden and users have to click the link to show the content.

I do not see where this question is answered?

Is there a way to turn off this filter for some emails?

No it always checks for dangerous scripts inside the html.

Well I think it would be good to flag or filter, some email address as ok to display... Some kind of white list.

We are running in to this whenever someone pastes a picture into the body of an e-mail that they send from one staff to another staff. Is there a white list option anywhere in Group Office for this? Something I can tag our own staff e-mail / domain as being safe to view? I have users contacting me frequently because they see this malicious e-mail warning and are paranoid about viewing it.. it just becomes a big repeat time kill on me to have to keep saying the same thing over and over to them.
