thanks for clearing this up.
considering the demand for this feature in here and on the message board be assured that development ressources would most definitely be well spent though. maybe you could take one for the community and push it up the ladder on the to do-list *lobbying hard* :)

Hi,

are there any plans to implement CalDAV support for GO?
Right now there is no real solution to sync the calendar and the todo lists with the iPhone's native Calendar application.

Thanks, best regards,

Viktor

I'm thinking of implementing z-push but I'm currently checking some license issues with that:

http://z-push.sourceforge.net/phpbb/vie ... ?f=4&t=113

They don't seem to answer though :(

Good morning Merijn,

it's an interesting idea. But I'm not sure you will get a concrete answer from Zarafa concerning the licence issues, as long as there is no concrete statement from MS.
I like the last comment of John Gordon (in http://notes.kateva.org/2009/02/googles ... sting.html), as MS shows real interest in "going open" during the last months.

Are you thinking of an implementation within the open source or commercial version?

Thanks, best regards,

Viktor

Yes I read that. But what still concerns me is the USA exception they have in their GPL license. It says the license is not valid in the US.

We have a student working on z-push. Can't say how long that'll take but he's making progress.
