I may of tried to explain what I wanted the wrong way. What I wanted to explain was that most of the times when you buy scripts, you get direct support from the seller, instead of going throught a community forum.
And also that it seamed that GOCommunity was supporting the product, which seemed odd/different to me. But, maybe this is the way to go since giving support internationaly may be hard, i.e: Holidays in one place and not in the other...
So since my intention was not to upset anybody and just wanted to think outloud... I decided to retract my above statment. Since when I got questions previously they were somewhat answered rapidely, and that I may of fell into some holidays I did not know about!
Than, I should say that a scroller in the forum header stating that Intermesh is in holiday would of made me wait... till they're back!
In the mean time, please try to see where I am coming from:
I am trying to integrate/install GOPro in corporations where security holes and downtime is not an option. So forum blab is not always the way to go, unless i am sure that I deal with Intermesh, which sometimes is not clear in the forum. Because forum to me are a place to share ideas, but they also represent people trying things that could be harmful and detrimental to the program, which I cannot afford.
Maybe I expected to much from GO! I do not know, but to me GO seemed the program I wanted to push to my customers.
